Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product.
    • Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received, along with all accessories, manuals, and a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Note: Items that show signs of physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or alterations made after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  2. Process:

    • For returns, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
    • For exchanges, we’ll process your replacement product after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are initiated right away. This process typically takes 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a faulty phone or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  2. Request a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely and include all components and accessories.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the instructions provided.
